2019

The Arch Angel Critical Care Ambulance and Helicopter Medevac Service  (AACCA) is founded

The AACCA was originally founded by the founder of Life Flight Services (St. Lucia) Paramedic, EMS Educator and Aeromedical Flight Communcations Specialist,Together with a team consisting of Sian Compton, Donna Chassang, Deveney Bradley, Theodore Jason Leo, Captain Owen Sandiford, St. Lucia Helicopters through the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO).

They decided to form this service and introduce it based on lessons learned from " HURRICANE TOMAS" and the founder's own personal experience when he lost his father due to lack of appropriate prehospital emergency Basic and Advanced Life Support care from the island's then emergency services and with a mission to support the local capacity building to improve emergency care to the island's population and to improe on out of hospital Emergency Care Standards.
