PROGRAM COST, TUITION AND FEES

 

Fees charged by AEMSTEC CONSULTANT & TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. are approved by the Board Of Trustees (BOT) and Directors. Students are required to pay their full fees upon registration. On payment of all fees, students will be assigned classrooms in programmes/courses offered.

 

Students who are considered for a payment plan and are not in good financial standing may be debarred from writing examinations and from attending classes.

 

The fee schedule as outlined below is in effect for the 2013-2014.

Program Costs Books   - 217.36

EMT-Basic - Level Programme Tuition - 3,754.64

 

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider - 213.00   BLS Manual - 40.00

 

Psychomotor Skills Lab Fees/ Facilities Fees 425.00

 

Application Fees 50.00

 

Non – Saint Lucian students should inquire about the current fee structure in force before enrolment.

 

NB: Prospective student may be required to attend an interview with the Program Management Committee. The purpose of the interview is to acknowledge the student’s qualifications and past experience and on the basis of these to grant exemptions/considerations from certain prerequisites.

 

It is to the students advantage to be well provided with all the necessary documentation – (certificates, transcripts, and if possible course description of past qualifications and recommendations from present and/or past employers) so that an accurate assessment of your qualification, character, capabilities and recommendations (from present and past employers) as well as your experience may be made.
