AEMSTEC CONSULTANT & TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. We have formed networks with professionals dedicated to providing quality emergency care and safety training. ACTS INC. was created with you, the business place in mind to assist you in addressing Occupational Health and Safety issues in the work place.
The institution was founded and conceptualized in 1999; was registered with the Registry of Companies and Intellectual Properties on April 5 2002, under license and registration no. BO-86 of 2002, pursuant to section 5 of Business Ordinance, chapter 247 of the Saint Lucia Revised Ordinances 1957, and Incorporated on February 28th 2006 under License Company No. 2006/C 079.
The provision of our services is approved by the Public Service Commission and endorsed by the Ministry of Health, with the expressed mission to provide Emergency Medical Technology, Pre-hospital Emergency Care Training, Consultation, Technical and Medic Alert services to Saint Lucia and its population.
The agency and its Educational Center as an Accredited, Authorized and Approved International Independent Training Center of the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) has established networks with a number of local and international agencies towards the delivery of its services to St. Lucia, some of these include but no limited to: the Pasco Hernando State College (PHSC, Tampa,), Good Fellowship Ambulance and Emergency Services Training Institute, American National Association of Emergency Medical Services Educators (NAEMSE), Mr. Richard Beck EMS Associate (Tennesse), Mr, Jerry Peters (ALS Director West Chester Pennsylvania).

Our training program in prehospital emergency medicine prepares future professionals for a challenging and exciting career providing emergency medical care to the ill and injured.
Remote Emergency Alert Notification, Medic Alert and Response Intervention Services
We seek to provide and have introduced the Remote Emergency Alert Notification System to the island which allows you to connect directly to a central monitoring center who with mobilize and dispatch the relevant ermegrncy response you need on the push of a button when you can not get to a phone to call for the emergency help you need.
Ground Ambulance Advanced Medical Life Support Services
We are working, planning, seeking to develop, introduce and establish an advance medical life support ground ambulance service toward the improvement of standards, efficiency and capacity of service available to our nation in keeping with the highest of international standards.
Air Ambulance Coordination/Medical Flight Escort/Rotor & Fix Wing Medical Evacuation Services

During your time of emergency need to get you or your loved one to specialized medical care outside of Saint Lucia our services are available to help you coordinate your emergency medical flights.
We also provide a medical flight escort program for persons requiring medical accompaniment abroad on both private or comercial carriers.
We are ready at a moments notice to get you and your loved to where they need to be for that specialized care by means of both rotor or fixed wing aeromedical services.
We network with the best professionals and service providers globally to ensure that we get you or your loved one bed side to beside safely.
We are there because we care, doing what others don't traditionally that is caring at a higher level literally.
We are deligently working towards the introduction of an Air Medical Helicopter Service based here in Saint Lucia, provided by Saint Lucians to servve the Caribbean region at a fraction of the cost of the fixed wing air ambulance service
